Need help with lighting situation

I am using two 9.5w 2700k leds and two 8w 5000k leds and one cheap 25w full spectrum led grow light is this enough light or will my plants stretch or eventually need a stronger light source second grow btw first Grow was a thin male because of the lack of light I'm sure but have upgraded hopefully this is enough
