need help with pogos

I have a really restricted space and am lookin to start up a small room..... lookin for some advice on lighting.... I've only got about 5 feet in height to work with so I'm thinking pogos..... should I be using 1000 watt light for this or should I just take on the 600w??

600W, IMO, because that's what I use in a space with a 7' ceiling and they can get too hot. You've gotta allow room for the plant, too.
