Need help with SMD light ,ppfd and lux

Hi all, I just bought 7 smd lights so when I put the light meter under 1 of them it gaves me this info at 50 cm distance ,is it enough?any advise?

Spectrum looks good for flowers. & should be plenty. What kind of meter is it?

Its SECONIC C700
So for veg I need to add more blue?
