Need help with the cloner i built

me and my roomate built a new cloner in a 18 gal tub with a sink in lid but the thing is still leaking anyone have this problem i mean im getting puttles forming from how much it leak's it might be the pump is too high its a rio 2500 water pump any advice would be great

Pump is way to big. I googled it and your pump is 748 gph. You need a a 396 gph for a 18gal rubbermaid.

ok i had the 2500 in a 22 gal tub before so i thought it would be ok

I built one using ideas from stinkbuddies.com, Seamaiden, and my own noggin. The pump stinkbuddies.com recommended was a 396 gph and the tote was the Rubbermaid Roughneck 18gal because it isn't supposed to leak. Mine works sweet. I took clones 3 days ago and have root nubbins already.

yeah mine is a rubbermaid too but with this bigger pump its leakin like a mofo

This is the one I use. Works great, no leaks. EcoPlus 396.
