Which is best for each stage or can I run both at the same time

Looks like table lamp. I believe it will be suitable for succulent or flowers.

. It says they are grow lights w/auto cycle on and off, I just don't know what color is best for each stage red or blue or both together. Only growing 1 plant,. trial and error if you will

I think I'd struggle to grow a good plant with that light, ok for seedlings.
