I am growing a few "Buttercream Gelato Feminised Seeds" and they look just like yours do. They look fine to me.

I’d guess a (nitrogen) toxicity. Leaves are shiny dark green with clawed ends. What’s your feed and schedule?

+1 on N tox. Plus, those light spots on the leaves are an indication of PH swings/inconsistencies.
