So I only grew one time n my cats had gotten to my lil plants and ate them when they were a few weeks old. I started again and these ones look a little different. With one leaf in the middle. Is that normal or is there something wrong..?

Ok. Cause I only put a couple seeds and a whole bunch of those started popping up. I guess ima go to Lowes and start over.

My friends gave me her old plants that died n I took the plant out n used that soil. But I'm bout to go get fresh soil from Lowes

My first set of plants came out perfect but these ones seemed weird

Makes a little more sense then
Go get some heat treated quality soil
And pop them in a paper towel to assure that they germinate

Agreed.

Is that normal or is there something wrong..?

It looks like that soil needs work. The non-marijuana plants can be pulled or turned under. From what I could see of the soil, it looks like it needs some organics, like earthworm castings, and a porosity enhancer, like perlite.
