Need Insect Help Please

I have hydro system in my garage and on the bottom of the leaves are very very tiny little black bug things. ive been spraying alil bit of organic bug spray and it doesnt seem to be helping. Anyone have any idea what these insects might be and what i can do? I tried taking picks of them but my camera isnt good enough to capture them.

See any webs? My guess is spider mites which is like herpies to the plant. If it is I recommend Azamax in a drench application. Foliar spraying it will not suffice.
