Can someone please tell me what I need to do, the leaves are curling.

Take a pic without the light on just I'm natural light looks like mute burn

I just had a problem with over watering so I left them alone for a couple of days. They got better and now this.

Ok now give us a run down on your grow what have you been using on them light and distance from crop canopy a bit of plant history would help .

I use fox farm ocean forest soil. Along with fox farm fert. Big bloom, grow big, and buds and bloom. But I haven’t used them all yet just big bloom and grow big on the bigger plant. But I only fert every other watering. I spray with neem oil occasionally. I jst got my grow tent a week ago. My humidity level is at 43% I’m on a 18:6.

To much N in the mix the leaf is showing signs by the way it's looking have not used FF but have heard that it's a hot mix . Regards OD

So what should I do? I was going to fert today but if I should hold off for how long?

Also the Neem could of burnt the leaves it's a very strong substance and will burn the plants if not correctly applied

Ok that’s good to know because I gave them that a couple of days ago. How does the bigger one look to you. It was dying at first but now it’s getting inner leaves from the stems and more top leaves. Should I keep going with her?

Yes keep it going you will learn from this take it as some schooling .

You just described the sources of your problem.

Big bloom is for when they're budding... shouldn't be using that in veg.
