if you're looking for plug and play and no thinking, consider lec 315's. if you're the diy type and want to learn, consider cobs or quantum boards. you could buy cobs or boards premade, but IMO its better to have an understanding of them to reap the most benefit. good luck, have fun

+1 for COBs. I think the 140mm pin fins with CXB-3590's and ideal holders and meanwell drivers are easy enough to build.

I build using emitters and reflow soldering which is a little more in depth. These cobs are a snap to build.

Converting a Blackdog into something worth a damn with Osram Oslon 80 in 5700k with a few reds and blues being driven by HLG-185H-700A and one cheapo Blackdog driver at 900ma. Waiting on some thermal adhesive to finish it up.

I would recommend you look at fluence bioengineering Spydrx-plus. Top of the line LED. They are commercial. Run very cool, true 4x4 light. The plus runs 1300-1500 but very worth it.
