This is a regular seed Filipino Kibungan 100% Sativa landrace. I planted 2 and 1 already is showing pistils. It was a vigorous grower.

This is from the second one and it was acting up early on and now is stretching good and its been 7 weeks and
I am still having trouble identifying the gender of it. I dont want it messing up the other 4 females in the grow tent.

These are the best shots i can provide but they look round like the pollen sacs are shaped and not pointed like calyxs

It's hard to tell from these pictures but it kinda looks like a male to me. When you look at the pre-flower from a straight down angle does it look like a small claw kinda?

Yes looks like 3 prongish green growth with that in the middle

The one pic it looks like it yellowish underneath too. These don't look like the female of the same strain I have growing in my tent. She had preflower sheath and then a teardrop shaped with pointy top. Eventually white pistils came out a week later.

This is the female of the same strain I have growing. The calyxs look kinda round too. Maybe it's a Sativa thing or a strain specific trait

Flip it to flower you'll know pretty quick lol. I usually notice on my females it has 2 hairs and 1 ball.

So yeah I'd keep a very close eye on that first one you shared. Im Fairly positive it's a male but you will have time to kill it once it goes it flower and you know for sure.

Here's more shots of the preflowers from the supposed male. I didn't kill it yet. But I removed it from the grow room.

Yeh that claw like thing is what they look like with a ball in the middle. But the one pic I can see yellow under the green skin of the ball and those stamens are yellow and look like mini bananas when they open. So I'm going to say it's male
Here's a picture that helped me identify my males when I first started.

I blew it up you can see the yellow from the stamens inside.

You are looking at where the petiole / stem intersection - those are axillary calyxs - if they have 2 pistils coming out of the Calyx they are female.
