No its not. Its about the same as a DE hps and plenty of people use that in a 4x4. You can always dim the light and then you have more power if you need it
Ok cool. I use a full spectrometer /ppfd meter simply because par meters do not measure uv or ir. Only visible. But a par meter = 100 bucks and a quantum light meter is 2000plus. Just remember leds have penetration. Most of the time when people think they have light burn, its actually heat burn from the light temp not intensity. They dont realise that the canopy get hotter than the ambient temperature. And besides, youve got enough height in the tent when using leds. If its too intense either dim them of raise them. Usually raising them gives much more uniform coverage over dimming but you also pay for the extra power, so its a personal choice.Naaaa brother i got a par meter. I can make it all happen if i want. In a 4x4 i have about 600 or 640 watts. I dont think its enough. I feel i need almost 800-1000. But 2 6500 have to go in a 5x5 turned down. Im not sure.
Ive wondered about that.Yeah but with all the light and diodes im sure that 2x5 isnt that accurate. Its a strong light.
Looks like it.So id have to get a 5x5 for 2 of those
