need some help plant turning yellow

halo guys need some help my plant AR starting to turn yellow nether ad this apen before I'm growing in coco with rizzo and cannazim plants ar still in veg and ionic coco grow EC meeter reads 2-4 on the wond and water is Ph 5.8 any ideas on wat to do
