so im currently planning out a summer grow, watching/reading grow guides and looking on forums like this. I also have a pretty good idea on the location but one thing that i havnt staitened out yet is what to start with or where to order seads and where the best deals on them are. I am planing on growing anywhere from 15-30 plants so im going to need a decent amount of seeds if i want 15-30 to turn out female. any help is appreciated.

thanks

Welcome to the farm bro, the best deals and genetics are here at the farm, for cost and quality this is the place you can get good seeds here for a low as 60$ and u get freebie, I am telling u this is the only forum u will ever need... you would be better off pick a mom out of a few good bacths of seed and then take cuts, instead of all from seed
cheers

Donk's right, u just need 1-2 good momz 2 get rollin<---c wut i did there. I'm awesome :rock!!! Just kidding fellas...i'm wasted right now. But seriously, avoid all da quessing games u get w/ seedz and just focus on finding the right mom.

Great site man sit back grab some rolling papers and a brew and enjoy all kinds of shit on here to read. later woody420

ill 4th that this is your place for seeds. Some of the best genetics in the world are flying through this place at great prices. Don't spend more than 60 bucks for your first pack and make a mother like others suggested.

If i was your i would stick to a none cross, true breeding strain. The last thing you need your first time out the gate is genetics that pop different strains of teh same plant cross.

Hope that helps, happy growing.

this one sounds good and im planning to just plant in pots now. as far as conditions its the average Midwest summer weather.

also im seeing alot of people in the outdoor growing section who seem to be growing long after the summer season. i live in northern missouri and im wondering if i would have to wait until summertime for an effecient grow. surely summertime would be a better time to grow but im just wanting to try and get the hang of it before i start shelling out for seeds, etc.

To keep from suffering frost, you'll need to wait till early-mid May before planting. I live in the midwest also, and like you, I'll be doing a solid outdoor run this summer. My plan is to get my indicas vegging in April indoors, then move them outside into the shade first in pots to harden them off. Then finally after a couple weeks, they'll either get moved into direct sunlight, or planted into prepared beds---whichever the site dictates. Some of my spots have such rocky soil that planting in the ground will not be possible. The plants at these spots will stay in a container (pot) of some sort.

If I can make a suggestion, start looking for spots now in winter. If the place is hard to see into now, it'll be impossible to see your plants in the summer. I have a couple of spots already prepared in large thickets--the nastier the better!

well thanks for the suggestions man! the spot that im currently planning on has a bunch of trees, shrubs, and some really tall grass. like your rockey spot i probably wont be able to plant directly into the soil so bringing planting pots out there is probably the direction i will go.

No problem man! A rule that I keep seeing concerning outdoor container grows is container size. I think I'm goona run some in 30 gal. grow bags this year and get an idea of just how much difference it makes. I don't know if the difference will merely be a noticeable one or a huge one----we'll see.

I have used a lot of different sized containers- and have good luck with 10 & 15 gal tubs. If you use growbags- try to insulate the bag as best as possible- as the roots are very sensitive to temp. issues.

t0ker...there are plenty of cheaper ones. The problem is, they are all smaller...lol. Size is up to you though.*
