Neem oil and soap on flowering plants?

I have spider mites and i'm almost at week 2 of flowering. I don't have money to spend on expensive spray. Anyone ever used enema oil and soap on flowering plants? If not what do you recommend.

Thanks a lot. Lol I meant NEEM. my computer won't let me type it. It changes the work to enema.

Get on top of them today right away or you can go from nothing to fucked in a week. Dunk, spray, defoliate whatever it takes to get those mites out.
