Net Pot Root Issue - Should I repot?

I'm a first time RDWC grower. I moved my seedlings from my clone king to my full size system rather late, as I was still constructing it. This resulted in the seedlings already having 6-12" of thick root growth during transplant into the net pots. It's been almost 2 weeks in my RDWC setup and I'm not seeing much root growth. The net pot holes were too small, leaving me to coil up the root growth inside of the net pot and hoping that roots would find their way out. However, it seems that they haven't and I think this could be causing some of my plant issues. Should I replant them in the net pots and cut larger holes to get the roots outside of the pot? Or leave them as is? Would Clonex clone solution or RapidStart help get root growth out of the pots? Thank you!

FYI, I plan on flushing my water tomorrow with fresh RO water and nutrients.

Sorry not a hydro guy but this will bump you back to top of list. Wait for a staff member. Don’t just act on the first reply, not everyone is an expert. 😝

The more details about your plant and grow the better the replies.
