Yellowing in the middle since day one. I knew something was off but no matter what I add or adjust it doesn’t go away.

It has some of the biggest fan leaves I’ve ever seen but they’re super skinny and I just drew this same exact strain by the same breeder and it did not look like this before. I understand it can be different but I need help. I’m wondering if I should just take this one down. The last skittles had very airy Budds. They were not dense at all.

I’ve tried adjusting the pH to 5.8.
I’ve added cal mag and silica and grow and bloom
Medium: ocean Forrest fox farm
Zkittles
Light 800w at 100% (was showing this same deficiency in my veg tent with a 200w light
7 gal pot

Not being a smart ass but too much light, also any corrections do not result in immediate results. FYI new here but 50 yrs. Grower and still make mistakes and have found growing these new hybrids and autos are sometimes very challenging. Mistakes and issues create knowledge. Good luck. Phil

i don't see anithing especially wrong with this plant, new shoot being light green is normal.

also sometime phenotypes could be rather different even within the same strain, weirdo do happen once in a while also.

Ty Phil!! I know you guys say too much light I knew someone would say that but I’ve had it under two different wattages right now it’s under an 800 W light, but it did the same thing in a tent that was under a 200w light. So I wasn’t thinking lighting was an issue but could be.

Guess the light could be an issue here: no matter if 200w or 800w, if possioned too close to the canopy or the intensity is too high then the leaves can lighten out/yellowing. Other will probably will help you further than I do. Your plant's look good and healthy for me. Just go on! ^_^

What are you using for water?
Stop messing with the ph 6 is fine.
Distilled or R.O water have all the minerals stripped out of them.
If the op is using ether. A simple fix would be start using city water with natural minerals including iron.
Keep the PH about 6 and the iron deficiency will go away in good time.

Remember by the time you/we notice a problem it's now just showing you when in reality it's been probably been weeks in the making, so when we make corrections we expect results quickly it does not happen that way. So what happens we get impatient and try another solution, that leads to other problems. I would say overall the issue is minor and sometimes our grows are not perfect so we live with it. I know that most times this indicates a problem but other times it's just genetics and the breeders aren't going to disclose that information.Keep moving forward, Phil
