so i I am trying to hook up my humidifier hose into the tent. I tried it underneath the light which is really close to the door like near the ground and the hose kept choking, and it could not breathe so my next try is putting the hose straight up going into the tent and then right under the grow light is this smart ????

It will blow wet air up.and your fan will take it.if it points down it will spray on the floor and accumulate there. But maybe I am wrong I don't use them.i have a few small ones and they all blow up

Run her as is but away from dumping down on any one plant. A slight angle and a catch bowl deals with in-line drips, or you can zip tie panty hose over the end and trail it to a catch bowl to lead water by hydrostatic bond. You could terminate the in-line from the humidifier before it turns down, but away from your light... as long as the hose runs pure vertical 99% of it, or you can get a diffuser head with a side drain for a hose.

bet thankyou so much, i gotta buy a panty hose now LOL bur for now im gunna raw dog it, aim it at the wall and put a cup under it. sound good???

I would just place it inside without the long hose so mist goes up and let the fans circulate the mist before it gets to the light. I do like AmneziaHaze and run two inside the tent that are small, portable, easy to clean and any drippage falls back into the humidifiers. I also try not to make them point directly at the light and place black electrical tape over any LED lights that are on the humidifier.

Yeah, ditch the hose if you're running the unit inside your tent.
