Tough to say without knowing more about how you're growing, but based on the leaves, I'd guess over-feeding (clawing), over-watering (puffiness, thickness), and possibly over-lighting (yellowing between veins).

I did just flip lights to flowering(more red spectrum)and increased intensity +15% to 65% on 2 150 watt led lamps

How close is the lights to top of plants canopy?

Looking good man, for your next grow if you stick with soil use mycorrhizal fungi and trivium in your soil, this will even out any potential nutrient fluctuations and give you greater nutrient uptake and most importantly room for error.

thanks for the compliments and the advice doc

Ok some points to look at. Start with one do not throw every suggestion at the plant even if it fixes it we learned not much.
If your panel is a 150watt with the fan in the middle I would back that down but bring it up and more but slower. I have 2 150 watt with the fans and on flipping to flower the expanded spectrum added energy. Like 7% higher PPDF at the canopy. Then you upped it 15%. Might be too much.
No where was this in the tech information other that the spectrum picture and I guess I did not think it through.
Adjust lights. I try to never move more than 5% up at a time. This will straighten up quick if it's lights.
