New grower. Looking for advice on lighting.

I currently am running a 100 watt grow light for the seedling stage. I have 4 plants in a 3x3x6 tent. I recently ordered another 100 watt light and a 300 watt light all spider farmer and dimmable. My question is will this be too much light, or am I right about where I should be?

Do you think this would affect how much I’m getting per watt? I’m hoping to get a gram per watt at the very least. Someone told me 150 watts per plant

I don’t think it’ll make a difference with that foot print. That 300watt light is going to be bright.
