Do they ever get back into the groove of things? Or do they usually continue growing all weird
They are salvageable. 100%
That's what I was thinking. They were growing great and seemed healthy up until recently. Im gonna transplant them in to some fresh coco mix today and see if I can keep em alive. I'd hate to have to start from seed again. Takes so damn long. I guess the good thing about that would be knowing the actual strain, and being sure they won't be male. Anyhow, I do agree with what Imzzaudae said about them not being viable. Definitely too tight of a space for so many plants. I should have a tent in the next week or two. When I transplant, should I just use plain PhD water for a few days so I don't shock em anymore and raise the lights a bit?
I’m not a coco guy by any means, but just make sure you are using reverse osmosis (distilled) water, with cal mag supplement. (My understanding anyways, not sure if that is the law of the land in terms of a coco “mix”) Raising the lights is a great option, what type of light, percentage it’s running at and height? You may just be able to turn it down a bit if it’s already high……

I'm lucky enough that I live someplace that I can walk into a bud store and buy a couple of seeds and a gram for $20 bucks. So I don't bother messing with sick plants. In the end for the most part it's just not worth the effort. Not everybody is so lucky. Sometimes the only option is fight to save what ya have. Any way. My intent was not to hurt you. My tent is also a 3x3 and it gets full pretty quick with one nice plant as I hard core mainline.

After raising the lights and watering them with a stronger batch of feed, they are looking alive again! I think the top ones are 16 days since sprouting and bottoms are like 10. Will be transplanting later today or tomorrow morning. I guess I was cloberring them with my light. Like I said, I'm not used to the higher powered LED's. Slowly getting the hang of it though I think. Now I'm wondering whether or not to transplant them into a regular coco mix. Or go with the 70/30 soil coco mix i used to begin with. I could probably get away with just using the coco mix though. The coco is used but has been thoroughly flushed. I didn't treat it with cal mag tho. My brother says it will be fine as long as I keep supplementing with cal mag per feed like usual. Here's a few pics before and after a quick mist.

I doubt they have completely filled out those containers yet, regardless, transplanting isn’t going to hurt.. or shouldn’t
