New grower. (Outdoor)? Need some pointers please.

So this is my first time growing. And all 3 seem to be in decent health. Questions on how to tell if they are females and if it's too late to convert the 2 smaller ones to a 5 gallen?

They look pretty good. I see flowers starting, I wouldn't transplant at this point. Just make sure that they are well fed.
