apparently 90% of the plants in California are infected with a pathogen. and it's not just there from what i have seen. i new i was bad luck but dang. i decided to finally grow and this happens. I'm sorry everyone i should have known better. you can all blame me for this.
im not even joking im probably to blame for this. nothing seems to go right anymore. i bet mine already have it.

yes it is and a scary one. but here is the info. HLVd was first identified at a California pot farm in 2019, and it’s now infected at least 90% of California’s cannabis grows, according to a 2021 estimate. It’s spreading globally, and a recent scientific paper declared the pathogen was the “biggest concern for cannabis” growers worldwide.
it's on this site as well. https://www.thcfarmer.com/news/wide...es-over-90-of-californias-cannabis-farms.371/

I attended a seminar about this viroid at last year's CannaCon.
It is very expensive to treat and get rid of it. They say it's more cost effective to prevent it than it is to try to get rid of it, as the only real way to get rid of it from an infected plant is tissue culture, and the only way to clean a facility is to literally wash everything with a 10% bleach solution.
The biggest problem is the fact that it is so hard to detect or diagnose. A lot of facilities have this viroid and don't even know it.
Low THC was the one that caught my eye. Like really low. Without the culture you won't know until it's done and you try it i believe no real telling signs while it grows
