Top pics, foliar or mist? Don’t see many here do it. I’ve been slacking chasing my deficiency.

Alright starting to kick off into gear.

I have increased the intensity, moved the mother out and planting some other seeds along.

At 76.8f leaf surface temps (LST) want to get that up around 77-80 so ive shortened the distance from canopy-to-light
At 51%rh right now
81f~ ambient

We have Mendo Kush, grand daddy purple, some other strains like ice cream cake(?)
And my own "nebula" from the 5x5 run
Sunflower, morning glory and trying to get some lavender seeds to germinate.

Also got the lemon balm

Moved the Mendo Kush from nursery square to these round black planters.

Going to grow these out and sog/scrog em

Bunch of new growth coming in after topping the Mendo Kush.
Transplanted it as well.

Adjusting to the lights, I've lowered them quite a bit.
And the new schedule.

6on 2off over 24hours.

Been foliar feeding with a half gallon sprayer, leafs are really sensitive to the nutrients that way, gotta use less.

Are you seeing any differences with the 6:2 light schedule?

You ever notice anything and want to double check feel free to ask. I enjoy 6/2 mostly for the convenience. Only need wait 2 hours before I can work on them again.
Indeed.

I went back to 4/2

More "sleep" Tim as there's a little less light

Easier to keep the humidity levels in line as well, no humidifier, so I just spray tent/plants once or twice during the 4hour period and environment stays more steady during lights on.

@TomH

Does seem more stimulating but can only say this once can do side by side grow comparisons.

I do the humidity dance as well. Liked using foliar to help with feeding at times as well as boost humidity but GNick isn’t a fan and I’m finally digging into my deficiencies to resolve.

I understand it takes 2 hrs for a plant to go to sleep, 660nm lighting is suppose to help, thoughts? SSgrower
Now that I wouldn't know too much about, from what I heard from Bruce bugbee, is these plants are fast.

Paraphrasing bruce bugbee-
-
""They'll shutdown and wake up quick, it may take me (Bruce) an hour, coffee etc, before he's ready to go, plants are a few minutes after lights on"""

I have heard a little about how far red affects it's "wake up and sleep" cycle for a quicker transition.

Or so.

Otherwise...

Moe.red knows a lot more about far red and it's role on phytochromes and cycle.
