New setup, and it's all mine for once! Been sharing a spot with my pops and now I have my own prop 215 medical grow... Feels great guys! Going to test out what strains do best in my tent!

Equipment:
600w Quantum Ballast
Air cooled 6" hood
8" inline fan (vented to wall vent not in use)
4" circular fan
4" blower (bringing in cool air from window)
6" carbon intake
4x4x8 Grow tent

Soil: Pro-Mix HP

Nutrients:
Heavy 16 Base
Plus H16 additives & foliar spray
Humboldt County's Snow Storm
Flora Kleen
Xtreme Gardening Tea Brews

Keeping this simple and only using these products, no co2, no a/c. So far temps have been 76 degrees and 55% humidity. Just transplanted all my vegging plants into tent. The lil guys will be going back into veg station when I get it moved to new spot! Sorry this is a journal so I can document this specific method and will be very detailed.

Additional info:
Ballast is set at 75% for now
Using 1000w Ushio bulb
Will be topping and growing these out until about 3ft-3.5ft
Taking clones then flipping to 11/13 to induce Sativa tendencies per DJ Shorts article I read. Already doing this at my pops spot. Enjoy the feed hope it helps anyone who needs any tips! Bless!

Update: decided to stick to 12/12 on this run since I have some pretty heavy indica mixed in with the sativa. Also to help keep temps up, temps with lights out have been below 70.

Also last week I top dressed some of the plants with a Promix/Worm Castings/Kelp Meal mixture. Was kind of instinctively brought on to help keep moisture in the pots, they were drying super fast. But now that the weather has gotten colder I may not have needed it. Plants side seem to be very green, healthy and happy though :)

Right now I'm running a Ushio Red 1000w with a 600w ballast. Will be purchasing a 600w bulb for next run

I use Sunmaster MH and Sylvania HPS. Want to try Hortilux but is hard to find Hortilux here. I vegging aroud 30-35 days,indicas or indicas hybrids. Around 3 weeks vegging for sativas, 5 plants in 3x3 tent with 400w.

This run I was more testing what strains do well eith my nutrients and setup, so I kind of over killed on plant count. I'll be sticking to 6 cuts from now on in my 4x4 with 600w quantum ballast
My veg will probably extend to 6 weeks or so since I only have the one station here. Happy so far with results so I may try to buy second tent soon. BTW amazon has hortilux fairly good prices.

And I vegged using the same HPS I'm using now. Will be purchasing MH bulb soon. Will stick with ushio they seem to run great with the digital ballast, have had plenty of hortilux and they don't like the digi ballasts.

On German Amazon 400w hortilux hps is 230eur(almost 300 $), I can buy clomplete 3x3 tent for that. I live in Croatia(EU) so there are no many stores in States who send bulbs in Croatia. Anyway, I use MH trough vegetative stage and first ten days of flowering, then Sylvania HPS with enhanced blue spectrum.

Enhanced blue spectrum on hps sounds like a solid move, may check that out I instead of ushio. Or grab both and run side by side when I can. Thx for info can't wait to see more flower shots, did you start a journal for HSO beans?
