I am new to the forum but looking for some feedback. I am on a 12/12 light schedule and on Friday my grow light went of at regular time but then came back on at 90% one half hour after it went dark and was on for 4 hours. I am two to three weeks from harvest. I am wondering what will happen now.

Yeah, 100% it’s just a one time thing then you’re gravy people’s power goes out all the time and nothing happens as long as it’s not a consistent anomaly you’ll always be OK. One is OK sometimes even two if there’s a decent enough amount of time in between each incident That being said, you want to avoid it at all cost, but regardless, you’ll be fine. I second @orggrwr

well that is good to hear. Other than information of doom and male plants or starting back into veg so close to harvest.

Yeah, to re-veg a plant it takes a pretty decent amount of time dude I’ve tried to reveg plants that have taken up to two weeks before they make the switch back so your way in the clear on that one. And also if you’re running a regular photo period or fem and it does reveg that’s not a problem because you can always just stabilize the light anomaly make sure it doesn’t happen again and switch it back to flower. It’ll get it shit together eventually, only issue there is if you’re in a time crunch. when it comes to a female plant going hermaphrodite That has to be something that is reoccurring problem in a short period of time that is overlooked and never caught or it’s a genetic thing from the jump, which they do happen with feminized seeds on occasion, depending on where you source your beans from it can be even worse, regs too though that is a much more rare recurrence due to the stability inherently of a photo.

Yup that's my consensus, genetics plays a big part in susceptibility. Some will start doing a 180 in under a week and some are like nope f-you, this is the flower I'm going to produce and die for & I don't care if you never turn that light off.

these are Magnum Opus and they are a clone of a plant that has been going on for sometime. That is about all I can tell you about because the friend I got from got it as a clone...go figure. I'll let you know how it ends up. So far nothing really freaky has happened, buds are still growing, new leaf growth is great, no "bananas" that I can see. So I will monitor and forge on. I am on a time squeeze so will see what happens. Exactly 14 days from purposed harvest date and from the trichomes that looks to be on schedule.
