You are good in that range. They will pick up P and K more easily in that upper range. 6.0 is more indicative for root growth and greener leaves.

When you trek into the range below 6, you are tettering out of the range for P and K uptake.

im currently using a 80cm x 80cm but will flower in a 120cm x 120cm i have 8 plants and im hoping for 4 fems from these reg's which ill let get 2ft before i turn them im after them to all split nice and early for topping. so i can spread the colas out later. im still curious weather to add bio deisel guano and bio deisel ryhino K can i use these with all my ferts now ? thank you for your knowledge!! your plants look amazing. is there any root stimulates that would be a good idea to add?

Thanks for the conversation and compliment.

I go very easy on nutes since one of the biggest problems I see is plants that get too much (lights too close, over watered, and burned by nutes).

I tend to grow one time a year and move plants into the sun when I get a chance. Using the right light is huge for weed and there is no replacement for the sun. I use tents at night (to control when night is) and move the plants into the sun when there are no storms/ tornado warnings during the day.

As for water plants start in ProMix with no nutes and move to coco in autopots unless they are going outside. ProMix start inside moving to outside earth with very little added.

Stimulants I use are Megacrop and a couple things from Kelp4Less.com The Bloom pack and some Mycorrhizae products are worth looking at.

With 4 plants you don't need to top often. I like splitting fairly early too. As for additives (secret sauce) they can't add as much as genetics and good light. Lucky13 seeds have got a 2 thumbs up from me for genetics. They rarely disappoint. Canadian and reg seed though so they won't be everyone's choice.

Best wishes on your grow.

an update of them in their new pots. one of these plants are growing really weird. i think due to stress but now its recovering. planning on topping 3x and waiting 2 more weeks before i flower, good idea or not yet ? some of these plants leafs look rubber like is this Nitrogen overdone?

Dark leaves can be Nitrogen toxicity, although if they are not glossy, I wouldn’t be concerned.

As for the topping. 2 weeks is a good time to recover after topping. I would like to go 4 if topping at all, as 2 top is just more time for a slight return where 4 top can be much more beneficial for the same amount of time recovery of one extra week. After the first top, you should be able to top again after one week, then wait 2 weeks to flip. If you don’t prune fan leaves and just top, the growth should be pretty fast.

LST the stems to get the stems to bulk up well. Which the more you low stress train stems, it will slightly slow the growth as it try’s to strengthen those stems being trained. This is where stem strength becomes time and the 3 weeks isn’t optimal if you do not plan to trellis or support them sooner than later. Bigger stems also carry more juice. It’s all against your time horizon goals. If time is more important than weight/yield then topping is a waste of time. If size/weight/More quantity of quality buds is important, then time should have no bearing on the decision to top. Which brings you to the 8 top. 🤷‍♂️
