New to growing .What is going wrong with these plants ?!?!

Growing in canna Terra professional with added dry ammendments .
This is 3rd time trying to grow first 2 times was photos now this is autos happened every time leaves start to dry up from the outside and die mainly fan leaves closesr to bottom then slowly works its way up

What're your watering habits like? Do you keep them wet? The second picture looks maybe buggy, but mostly this looks like root or uptake issues. We need more specifics/pics of your whole plants, environment, nutrients, habits, etc

I let them dry out pretty decently before watering ... visually no bugs but I will get video and pics tonight and see what u think
