Hello all! My husband and I are big cannabis supporters and are interested on getting into the cannabis industry, we just started our very first grow! We are very excited for this first step and any advice or knowledge is greatly appreciated!
Right now we have some seedlings going in 2 gal mesh bags in organic potting soil.

Grow crops you get knowledge .... have fun ...

Advice for feeding /water schedule for seedlings this size? They are currently in 2 gal pots ,new to nutrients and I really dont want to over feed

Less is more when it comes to the feeding schedule. I try not to feed until at least the 3rd/4th week of veg. I would say somewhere around 6-12 ounces of water when the top few inches of soil are noticeably dry should be more than enough.

Lol by cut them down I meant the pots... Just incase anyone reads it and is like wtf is he saying

Welcome.

Suggest filling the pots all the way next time. Creates a stagnant pocket of air. Can even just cut em down or add more soil.
You can still add quite a bit of soil to the top. Right up to the primary leaves, a good inch or two any ways. I like to start in small pots and work my way up to the larger pot size. Easier to tell watering / feeding needs and is much more manageable. It won't hurt it to add soil right up to the first leaves. GL😀

They look to be about two weeks and healthy. By now they have established enough roots to go several days without watering. Every mix is different, but the idea is the same. You want the water until runoff and let it dry. My 2 gallon bags require about 2.5 quarts each watering. 2.5 quarts weighs 5 pounds. When the pot loses about 5 lbs it's time to water.

Thank you that is really helpful, one question when you are watering until runnoff are you always watering with nutrients included or should I be watering with a specific amount of nutrients first then till runnoff with plain water?
Thanks again!
