New to indoor, needing help with led set up.

Hey growmies I recently decided to give it a shot at indoor growing. I purchased a 4x4 tent - 80 inches tall I believe and a spider farmer g5000 480 w light to fit the tent and honestly I’ve been having a tough time understanding where I should set the height for new seedlings and what percent I should run it at for the lights intensity. I’ve spent a lot of time reading about it all to attempt to gain some knowledge about it all but numbers just are not really my game. If anyone could possibly give me an idea on where run and set this specific light for seedlings and veg and flower so I can get a close starting point to work and learn from I’d be very appreciative thank you Happy growing.

Seedlings don’t need much light. I would set the light at about 20% power, a good 3 feet from the plants
