New to sativa, need advice please.

Ive only been using indica at night to relax and sleep, always go for the highest thc content for it, but want to try sativa for in the day, but unsure of what thc content it should be.
Would high THC cause sleepiness?

what is the effect of similar sativa and indica levels?
I've previously chosen lowest sativa as it's always been for sleep purposes.

see SS for an example, would that be a good day choice or not?

Nope, unless you go way overboard with edibles you are good
