BOB, The law in oregon says that a patient can possess no more than one and a half pounds. That is why they get that much. The rest is profit for the grower. So what? Two pound plants are weak as shit. five to ten is a real number. So really people are getting like thirty to sixty pounds off a patient. I ask this, why does if have to be that people have to be compasionate? The free pound and a half is worth thousands at a dispensary price. that is pretty compassionate. The profit the grower reaps is a reward for hard work. Growing is a serious risk that nobody appreciates. It is hard work and lots of it in the blistering sun all summer. It is expensive for rent, supplies and labor for help. I know people who spend 50k plus a year to grow, plus the labor of a full time job. So you can safely say that a good eight months of pay and 50k investment is worth say a hundred grand. That means that a grower to make it worth his time has to grow a hundred pack to make it worth wile every year. You think that there are just out of staters running around trying to buy weed all over the place. It is not so easy as it sounds to sell. You act like there is just this giant marketplace where growers easily sell their weed to a bunch of rich people from the east. Not even. That is why there are ads on craigslist because people put their life savings into growing and they cant get rid of their weed. They are desperate to survive. Granted it was a choice they made, but patients should be thankful for what they get and if they are not they just need a different grower. I don't know any growers who screw their patients and I know a lot of growers. I would really love to not see one more post bashing growers though. Growers deserve the profits they make if they are able to. It is a hard thing that should be appreciated. I would love to see you risk felony imprisonment for free the next time you talk bad about all the growers in oregon with a lack of compassion. lets see you go to prison over compassion then you can talk bad about a lack of it in the world.

just tell us how much money you make off each patients 10 lbs, and mention how many patients or growers on your plot with so many multiple patients, how much do you make off the 10-20 lbs extra that the patient don't get? The plants are the property of the patient, you can like it or not, you can think growing weed outside is brain surgery but its not, and you know it. you grow outside either because you can grow inside, or because you provide for more patients so you can sell more of their legal property for your own gain, cry bout how hard it is, and laugh all the way to the bank. just for the record i stated that in the future when it is legal I could sell to a dispensary and you could buy my meds there. I never once have stated that i sell any pot at any time. Just had to clear that all up for you. I was saying in the future i will deposit my loot and you can keep hating. I don't sell weed though, sorry. Even if i was selling my extra of my meds how does that make me a scammer. Providing a service that someone wants for an agreed upon price is not scamming anyone.
