There is a steakhouse in Casper that we go to every year. They have an appetizer, drizzle bacon in maple syrup, pat of butter and then grilled. It is glorious.

lol at butter on bacon, I have a bunch of dead relatives in OH that swore by it. Butter on everything.

A friends mom used to make these glorious treats that had a piece of bacon wrapped around a bite of hotdog then dipped in brown sugar and baked....omg it was amazing dipped in bbq sauce.

yet here I sit like a loser eating vegetables. boooooooo

I think someone might have gotten ahold of your computer when you were napping CM. Give her my best. Still trying to schedule tank's beating but it's coming.

@chickenman here is a Maori proverb with translation that reminded me of you in general and the trip your on. Reminded me of you, as the life you live you are self sustaining with your farm. I thought this appropriate.I hope you like it.......

He kai tangata, he kai titongitongi kaki; He kai na tona ringa, tino kai tino makona noa.

Food from another is little and stinging to the throat; Food of a man's own getting, is plentiful and sweet, and satisfying.

Peace out Chickenman

Reflection
We came hereto spend time with one another and for me to fish
Never in our wildest dreams would we have thought how it has turned out
These people down here have been so kind and loving it blows me mind
We have opened our hearts and home to others and have made lots of true friends so it go s to show you get back what you give
For us it has been returned many fold
Living and loving one another is what we need more of
This old world is a wonderful place if you let go of fear and doubt just live and love one another for the short time we are here
I say to myself oh what a wonderful world

Asked a. Maori chap if he could help out a visiting. Yank with some cannabis
He said sorry mate that's real trouble
Said thanks anyway no worries
He looked around and said hold on
Went to truck and gave me a small nugget
Rolled up a six hit pin dube that was very tasty
Imo top shelf granted have not smoked hardly so got ripped but the proof as always was in the taste
Harvest season is just about on and soon should be heaps
Asked another fella this morning told me will be glad to help be back in 20 mins never came back
No worries having a blast rested up today moving to fishing lodge tomorrow for six days
Be nice to hire a guide but it's just not in the budget

Tires me legs out, got a crap in my calf hurt like bloody hell

I don't think it's the fish are hard to catch so much as the fisherman has little experience fishing without his plus size joints and is probably a little over excited! loosen up them shoulders turn the drag down a click and you will be all in those fish I bet. And once you land one and put a little slime on the cork it'll all come together
Also would like to see a couple of bug/fly pics
