Newb needs general help

Iam very new to the grow world Ive been reading on here for awile now and I know Iam going to look stupid with some of these questions so bear with me please..Orite I went out and bought way to much equipment(just assume I have something if it factors into one of your answers)I just had the local dro shop guy gimmie the you need this, you need that tour..He was cool though his stuff on point with the internet prices and didn't oversell me..
Okay first thing, first I got some awsome genetics in seed and 4 4x4 trays..I was going to do two 4x4's in the big tents I got two for veg and two for bud..I bought massive amounts of chems so hopefully I can find the exact doses..First big question should I start some mothers in dirt and keep them seperate and just throw clones in the trays or will that dum down the genetics?Otherwise I should just put them right in a peice of rockwool in the net pots in the trays?I was going to run 16 plants in each 4x4 is that too little/much or should I try sea of green type.If I get everything right whats a ballpark figure on yeilds...Iam running 4 1000 watt lights one over each table and will be using CO2..Orite it's apparant I need some more reading but If one of you advanced growers were to re-do some of your early mistakes what would they be..Thanks alot for your help!!

Plants, like people, need good nutritious food, At the Farm you'll find medical growers
who know "top flight " medicine, and assure it is only grown with the best of organic care. This post would end a mile long if I put down EVERY consideration, but let's try a little " Homey work ", Keywords - "Worm castings, fish fertilizer, bat guano, biological soil enhancers, Clean water, ... all available within reason. COMPOST TEAS!
