hello to all the farmers i am new to growing and to the site i am trying to find out a few things 1st what is a good strain for a beginner that grows fast and yields high. 2nd question how much would i be able to harvest using a 4x4 x 6.5ft grow tent using a 400w hps.thanks in advance

I grow in a bigger indoors place and outdoors too. So, I really don't have any good advice to give on such a small grow area. But, I am sure there are plenty of growers on this forum that grow small. Someone will come aglong and answer your question. Meanwhile welcome to this site.
