Newbie in the UC

I have been having issues with keeping my rh up and my plants leaves are curling for some reason idk. Also my ppms are at 400 now which has gone down big time. I dont know if im doing something wrong or if its because my plants want more nutes. It seems like everyday something new is going wrong.

Your plants are telling you with their leaf rolling that they need more humidity- this is a classic sign of low RH stress. If your ppms/EC went down over the course of a day or two (you didn't say how much your ppms dropped?), then they're just hungry. If you added anything in the meantime, you may have caused a nutrient lockout situation.

ok ya i cant get my rh up even with this new humidifier but im gonna put both on and see

my ppms dropped down to 300 from 500 and i drained 10 gals and added back at 600 ppms gonna check here in a bit and see what the ending ppms are

ok sorry bout the last post was kinda waxed out my mind lol so i checked the ppms they are at 400 ppms my ph is at 6.2 and im trying to get my rh back up its at a low 52 vright now . I put on my other humidifier so we will see what happens here in a few thanks for all the farmers help be back with an update

I cant get my rh up at all. IDK ive been trying and trying i know my ac is bringing it down but im trying to get it up.

ok so im thinking my ac is just killing my whole room humidity and im starting to think i need to change something up. I usually have a fan taking the heat off the light in the room but this time i decided to not have it. I am thinking if i can keep my room temps in more check and not have my ac coming on killing the rh in my room i can solve the problem

So another day and nothing has changed ( im sure this is week 5 now going on week 6 of flowering ) and room temps are at 80 rh is at 55 and water temps are at 66. My ppms are at 500 right now .8 or 1.0 on the ec. I do have new white hairs on much of the lower plants flowers but they are all still the same size like pre flowers. Nothing has changed , the fan leafs are still upwards looking healthy the inner leaves are curling downwards all my flowers have no trichomes and even no hairs but the brown like hairs besides the lower flowers. They have new roots growing everywhere but the plants seem to not be moving or reacting like before. I am having a even worse day because i went to court so settle my traffic ticket and i have to pay in 500 range to keep it off my record and i didnt have the 420 dollars they needed today. Long story short i am really hoping that this harvest does well I am really in the hole now. Sorry about my rant just frustrated. Hope all you farmers better luck then me. ok so heres an update i decided to add more nutes back at a 5 gal ratio and it brought my ppms up to 600 1.2 ec. My bam ogs are still curling but my black rose is doing great i have all new pistils on the flowers not only on bottom but on top also. My room temps are at 79 and my rh is at 49 i cannot bring it up even with my humidifiers. I have a fan blowing over the light and tops and i have a fan blowing the heat off the bulb. I will update with new pics in about 20 min.

ok farmers im back been very busy with fighting these aphids and the root rot and the white slime and the brown slime. After getting the uc roots and scrubbing and refilling my system about a week later they finally bounced back. I have one plant thats doing great another doing ok and my big plant is not so ok all flowers have what looks like burnt hairs on it. I have some root porn and pics of plants all taken by phone. as you can see the first plant it looks like its finished but the flowers keep growing even though it looks dead to me. The second is another bam og but as u can see its growing very airy but at least it has white hairs popping out. Last but not least is the black rose cross and she is taking off stacking big time in this system. I talked to dan yesterday and he was saying since in the beginning my nutes werent stabilizing i was fight to counteract it and in the end burnt my roots and flowers. But if they had bounced back and are still alive that i had finally got the system dialed in. Thanks to dan and them sending me my uc roots i have seen way better roots and i am using it with my super natural. I almost thru in the towel but like rocky i fought back and hopefully i will become the champion lol. Have a great day farmers and peace and love to you and your crops.

yep i did for sure and now i have one good plant and one ok plant and then i have the one thats cooked and im gonna make hash out of that one hopefully or ill try and cross it with my male i have who knows

Here's another update thanks to all the farmers here two of the 3 plants are taking off. Also they are stacking up pretty well now. I have another question can u use bloombastic in this system and can u use hammerhead ? I have had great results in my aero with it so wondering if I could. Thanksall the again farmers and the hole thc farmer. Now hers a few pic sorry all pics taken on camera phone will be upgrading next round peace and healthy farming.

ok finally i got my pics to work lol my phone wasnt uploading them. Thank you Thank you Thank you first and foremost farmers who helped me with this system and thread. Second I wanna say that all my plants seem to be bouncing back. I had one plant that had flowers but the hairs were red and looking burnt well i went out yesterday and found that all the flowers started to push out white pistils again YAY! So im hoping that in a week or so they will be in full effect and my last plant will be looking good again. I have 2 pics so far and will take a few in a couple days. I have been feeding my plants at 1.0 ec and adding only the bloom aqua , bud blaster, and superlicious , I added in hammerhead this week into my 55 gal drum my ppms are at 1.0 and my ph is at 6.1 stable very stable. I have learned a lot in this system and feel like i am finally getting this thing down. My tangerine rose has been the queen in the room for a while and my pheno 2 of the bam og has been producing very nice also but the pheno 1 was more of the best of both worlds. She is very tall and the flowers have been increasing in size even with burnt hairs. ( Which now has white hairs coming in) I know i have a bout 4 more weeks left but possibly a lil more to get them full mature. Here is a few pics. well heres a few pics showing the burnt hairs shooting out white hairs and a few pics of the girls. Also thanks stikk for the chart i actually added back more water and havent seen any more so im guessing my nutes were running a lil too hot. Thanks again sir. I have been seeing a few red hairs popping well more like orange hairs popping up, im guessing its getting close to finish I was expecting possibly 3 more weeks. Hope u all enjoy the pics. ok so i know i am behind on updates but i have my pics loading up right now so hopefully tonight i will have u guys fully updated. Since using the uc roots and bringing my ppms down to 500 and ph at 6.1 i have seen very explosive growth. I also saw my flowers which had burnt the pistils due to me adding ph down straight into the rez have seriously shot out new pistils and grown very fast and are getting very big. Hopefully my pics will load this time. Enjoy and happy farming.
