Newbie Indoor - yellow/brown marks

I just recently started indoor growing and noticed my one plant was going yellow a bit on the leaves. I transplanted it as I thought it was root bound in the cup. Any ideas??

Could be the soil being too hot? What are you using and any nutrients?

I use iguana juice but just the littlest bit in the water and for soil I use promix mycorrhizae high porosity
