Prolly a noob mistake but I guess I'll ask, the sprouts in my sprouting tray are covered and the humidity must be way too high as the cubes have a very pretty green coating on them If this was in my fish tank I'd call it algae. Help an old man out, por favor! What gives. I took the cover off and moved the tray away from the HPS a LOT. It wasn't close before but now it's even less close......

Sounds like algae, how long were they covered and did you ever vent or take the cover off to allow fresh air exchange??

Can clean them out with peroxide, then make or buy some block covers. Panda film scraps work well. Peroxide WILL KILL any bennies you have going, reinoculate
