Nitrogen deficiency or Overwatering?

Hello again farmers,

I have been looking up my plants symptoms on growweedeasy.
I think its either hungry, overwatered or possibly nutrient burn?
My soil is PROMIX HP with Gaia Green organic dry amendments, water is PH to 6.0.
Poor girls had a rough transplant 5 days ago, I haven't watered since then.
I know the dry amendments can take a few days to activate so the plant can eat them.
Hopefully a knowledgeable farmer can give me some guidance!

Bogdan EDIT: Lights are 450 actual watt mars hydro ts 3000 LED and temps are never over 75f and never under 66f

Hard to see but this whole plant is light lime green.

I watered them in heavy at the transplant. about 1000ml per plant. And the soil was wet before the transplant. I thinking overwater as well. but the one does look pretty pale and hungry.

I only give mine about 200 to 250 ml at that size
