Nitrogen tox? Or ?

Not sure if nitrogen tox I treated a cal mag deficiency an noticed the cal mag was very high nitrogen, first time growing in 50 /50 coco soil, I have 16 plants going, 3 gelato’s, 2 blue dreams 1 Holland hope, and 10 juicy fruits, it’s only affected 1 of each strain, any help would be well appreciated :)

Root zone issue. Either watering practices, nutrient issue or bugs. But it's in the rootzone.

Can you give as much detail on the grow as possible?

I'm leaning towards nutrient issue and the roots are suffering from it. Ph of runoff?
