didnt notice a section for cfl lights so I have to post here, figure you guys know a thing or two about led so cfl shouldnt be an issue.

anyways, Ive still been doing some research, purchased some philips mini twister 100w cfls (daylight, 1600 lumens, running 4 on 1 plant)couple of days ago, the sprouts are still growing, slowly though-no nutrients added yet maybe thats why. Upon googling these cfls again I noticed that the daylight 100w cfls are listed under 5000k, not 6500k. I thought all daylight listed bulbs already come at 6500k, could I be wrong? Should I scrap these homedepot cfls and go out and buy one of those huge single 6500k cfl bulb for like 50$ each? any tips appreciated thank you

here is the link to the cfls I purchased, still not sure if theyre actually 6500k

here is the link that shows the same bulb but with a lower kelvin rating,
https://www.homedepot.com/p/Philips...ight-5000K-T2-CFL-Light-Bulb-414094/204394013

so confusing, ahhhhhhhhhhh

6000k is cold/coollight or something, not day light.Daylights are between 4000 and 5000k I guess and the others are warm light 2000-3500k...I t cant be 100w 1600lm I guess you mean it is equal to 100w but you have to watch out for the real wattage.now there is many led bulbs on the market way more efficient than CFL at the same watage, why don't you check them?:)Look this for example:https://www.thcfarmer.com/community/threads/super-cheap-led-veg-light.93296/page-2
