No humidity and in veg should I get a humidifier?

well it's winter and the humidity barely gets to 40% I have a 12 site uc in a sealed room with co2 and just put girls in for veg cycle and they aren't going great and was thinking i should get a humidifier

In a sealed room optimal really should be emphasized. Bumping the humidity above. 50 percent will definitely help them. Also by flower make sure you have a adequate dehumidifier as well. They will put off some moisture as they get bigger. Especially in a sealed enviro

You need a humidifier. I would get them to 65%-70% humidity. Its definitely worth it

I use a cheap humidifier, £30 or there abouts, until about a week after flipping. great little addition to the tent it was. Cant remember how I managed without!
