Thanks for the report oscar i missed the press conference..

Not really sure how i feel about the issue, at first it really seemed like the cop was not justified but we did learn more and we will learn what the grand jury knew so.

I just hope they can find peace in st louis... Tough city i was there back in the very early 80's growing up it was a different place back then thats for sure.

If that was the case and the guy did go for the cops gun, I totally agree. It just seems ODD to me a guy would attempt to murder a cop over being arrested for simple theft at a store..

Somethings missing..

strong arm robbery is not simple theft, when he turned on that store owner and menaced him physically pushing him away with his hand that was assault ,assault while in the process of theft is strong armed robbery and is punishable by heavy prison sentence, the kid was 6'4" and 280 pounds.

What you're missing is a young and emerging thug mentality, one that was just figuring out that he can threaten and push people around to get his way, he did it with the store owner, walking down the middle of the road like he's king of the world, then he tried it with that little white bread ass cop, who was trained to deal with it.

Some headlines from this month alone...

Police arrest 90-year-old man and two ministers for illegally feeding the homeless - November 6
Epileptic woman calls 9-1-1 for help, beaten when seizures mistaken for ‘resisting arrest’ - November 11
Kentucky cops raid teenagers’ field party, kill girl who tried to escape - November 12
Police terrify teachers and students with surprise, guns-drawn ‘active shooter drill’ - November 15
IRS seizes woman’s entire bank account because she deposited money ‘suspiciously’ - November 16
SWAT team collapses house with explosives during standoff - November 20
U.S. Postal Service ‘mail imaging’ program used for law enforcement, surveillance - November 23

That last one is especially troubling... The laws were recently granted absolute access to all of yer mailing and receiving patterns without any warrant. However there is rarely an officer held to more than a paid vacation or a shuffling of the deck and the scumbag ends up in a new location... generally with an honorable service discharge from his chief or commanding officer... its really quite sad. and this officer will also, as the norm, be held to no account and continue business as usual.

Its not a young mentality..........easy and the boys did themselves no fucken favors instructing youth to slap a ho, drink a 40 and become a piece of shit street hustler! I met dudes in the corps with gunshot wounds from the neighborhoods they grew up in Philadelphia, BEFORE seeing action! You ever reached for a cops gun? no me neither, they'd shoot you here too with a fucken quickness!

Buuuuuurn Muther Fucker Burn!!! Cops are too quick to pull their gun and point it at you. Always shooting somebody beating someone up intimidating. The system facilitates them being corrupt and abusing their power. Fuck the system! That's what needs to change. They need to be held accountable. They should be held to higher standard. With greater power comes greater responsibility and that should mean accountability. I dont even think cops should have guns anymore with the technology we have there is no need for such force against the people. The Military Industrial Complex is alive and well!

I organized the arrest of the Rocky Ford Colorado police officer recently. We had him in jail with in days of of him shooting an unarmed Mex kid... But Ferguson, science spells the truth and then and why the idiots lite the city on fire. No wonder the cops are shooting people that acting with this aggressive behavior and looting and stealing and strong arming store owners and cops... If I physically fight a Pig I expect to loose.

Ferguson and the Americans just witnessed justice and forensic science that PROVES the attack on a police office (PIG)... You'll learn of these facts as you educate yourself on this subject.... Quit Hating and use common sense.... That should had never went before a grand jury.... This was a waste of our justice sytem resources

Their fucking crooked if any of you also have a record go back and read the police statement or motion of discovery or whatever they call their documented version of what happened........every one of mine was a fucking joke and worse then the media's dot dot dot fill in the blank bullshitc

Obama and Eric holder orchestrated this mess... Leaders fanning the flames cause everybody to racial to admit it, including our Leaders... Everyone to scared of the race card to impeach,,,, That is what raising racial tensions... disgusting the ignorance we're exhibiting .

I don't believe in eye for an eye justice.
Maybe the guy fucked up but that doesn't give the cop a kill or be killed right.

I believe in a fair and just system. I don't see anywhere on any paper saying a cop has the right to judge, sentence, and execute punishment in a moments notice
