Buuuuuurn Muther Fucker Burn!!! Cops are too quick to pull their gun and point it at you. Always shooting somebody beating someone up intimidating. The system facilitates them being corrupt and abusing their power. Fuck the system! That's what needs to change. They need to be held accountable. They should be held to higher standard. With greater power comes greater responsibility and that should mean accountability. I dont even think cops should have guns anymore with the technology we have there is no need for such force against the people. The Military Industrial Complex is alive and well!

@Prime C This is the type of shit that happens when you let loose scared peeps with badges and with guns. They tend to overreact cause they are scared. Initially, I was on board with the cop being in the wrong with this case. However, if the information that is coming out is accurate, the cop did what he had to do, or probably anyone one of us civilians in the same situation. I'm not sure where I am at now. Certainly can't ever seem to rely on main stream media to get the truth, cause as we all know true journalism is all but dead to the world.

Then we have another situation I just found yesterday another black kid only 12 years old blown away cause he had a pellet gun that looked very real. My concern there is, 1, the 911 caller that reported the kid in the park did say the kid was a juvey and that the gun was probably fake. OK, so as a cop I have to assess the threat situation, they are supposed to be trained in these matters. Well when they got to the park the kid was in they shouted for him to put up his hands, well the 12 year old started to pull the pellet gun from his waist band (well thats what was cops reported) and the officers shot him dead. My question is was it necessary to go for the KILL shot? Could he not have shot the kid in the leg for christ sake?

Officers already had guns drawn, kid had to make the move to get toy from waistband, so you mean to tell me they could not have effected a non lethal strike.? That is why I think a good portion of cops now a days are really just young scared peeps with the authority to use deadly force and over and over again they get away with it no matter the circumstances. My comments about Ferguson focus on the fact that far more people are being hurt physically, emotionally & financially than those that we are being asked to support the civil rights of under the guise of "Demonstration / Protest" :confused: so we are being lead to believe that the social justice rights of the few far outweigh the rights of the many that aren't being protected under "their rights" guaranteed them as an American citizen...

What the Fuck is "Civil" about having your Shit burned down when you have done nothing or broken no law? o_O Where is the Police / National Guard and the support of the public for the people of Ferguson that suffer the aftermath of somebody elses obvious "Lawlessness" that they alone suffered the consequences of by their own choices /actions for both the alleged victim and the cop that may have crossed the line?

Works hours suck , pay sucks and you truly are rolling the dice everyday you go on the beat and don't know if today is gonna be the day someone punches your ticket. (remember the fear I mentioned in previous post) Oh forgot to add as a whole lot of folks don't appreciate what you do. It does happen all the time cops get blown away for simple traffic stops.

So with that said, I have been a supporter of anti police brutality groups for years. There is a lot of shit that goes down that is way out of line with the oaths peace officers take on graduation day. I believe the morale fiber of the oaths they take has been lost. Because if you follow these cases as closely as I do you will see that they (LEO) are failing at their chosen profession. They are rapidly loosing the trust of the public they swore to protect.

So read the oath and knowing what you know, do you think they are doing a good job at upholding their solemn promise to us "We the People" ......You be the judge. It is a well known fact that 55% of police cases are solved by help from the public / witnesses etc. Seems the modus operand anymore with the loss of trust seems to be self defeating............................................. I'm off the soapbox
