No instructions for gmax lights

I purchased these lights. The came with no instructions.

Currently want to know if both dimmers should be on for seedlings.

No, both are not required for seedlings. I killed darn near every plant I put under my first LED. Buy a ppfd meter. If you need a suggestion I found a reliable meter for $40
