I’ve been actively searching for employment in the cannabis growing business for years with absolutely zero luck. Is it a purely “who you know” type of thing in this buisness

Where do you live? Here in Oklahoma its easy to get a entry level trimmer/growers helper job. Problem is they don't pay much. Like anything else you have to start at the bottom. Maybe someone reads this post and makes you an offer.

They just turned a local Bowling Alley into a full blown grow/dispensary here in Michigan.. I'm sure they will need help with all that square footage..

Yeah I'm here in Detroit and can say bud tenders around here are not hired because of their knowledge of cannabis...more like how they look in yoga pants...Op how you look in yoga pants? I would rather buy my pot from an old fat hippy like me, but to each is own...

I am willing to pack up and go anywhere for an opportunity to get my foot in the door somewhere. I’m a young veteran and have been looking to find something I love for years and when I started growing cannabis I immediately noticed I enjoyed it and had more passion for it more then anything I ever have in my life.

If weed were illegal here, I wouldn't be on the internet posting pics. Does your state steal all your property and put you in prison and your kids in foster homes if you get caught? That's how it was here until 2 years ago.
