Thanks! We are waiting to open this year, flu has put a hit on hospitality. Prices went up. Cooler broke last season. And the mask thing is pretty tough in a kitchen. We put up a post on Facebook about opening in a few weeks. Gotta say it's great to have this time to put this new garden together tho.Good stuff all round! I checked out your menu. Sounds delicious!

still wring the plants out by hand. Kinda of a pain, but it's warm out, so not so bad this is horsetail fermented plant juice. Called the fish market. That's the next ferment!!
