Noob With Probs Lml

Hey I'm a noob and I'm having trouble with my plant. It has been doing good for some time now but now the bottom leafs is turning over and the steam looks like it's beening ripped and stripped from the bottom of the stem any ideas on why BTW I am hydro growing and it's just one plant and it's in a state grow box...please help the noob
