I have nute burn on a 2 week old seedling(auto flower) , should I flush it or just feed ph water for a few days and new growth will be fine?

If you're in coco, no. Just water properly with appropriate nutrients daily. You most likely have salt build up from improper waterings as per your other post that has more information.
When asking for help, provide as much information as you can. Should someone not know you're in coco, they would suggest flushing. But that would make things worse, giving you deficiencies within days.
