Can you mix up a 20 gallon container with all your base nutes and keep it and use as needed? Thanks.

no way, no how...
will cause all kinds of problems....if you are talking about mixing up a 20 gal of a nutrient solution like for a top off res, then yes you can do that. but if youre talking about blending your micro with your grow and storing that in a 20 gallon bottle its not going to work out, you will get lockouts.
